Unsliced Loaf. Our tasty, nutritious ‘Seeded Bread’ is created with the same finesse (and the same dough) as our signature white loaf. The nutrient-rich, high quality, stoneground flour produces a rustic loaf. The slightly grey colour of the crumb evokes all the goodness of farm-baked bread. Our seeds are slowly roasted the day before the mixing process, adding to the story of our artisanal crafting and care in each loaf. Our breads are made with Australian flours, grown in the rich, sunlit fields of regional NSW, Australia.

Unsliced Loaf. Our Classic ‘Rye Loaf’ Is Made Of 70% Rye Flour. It’S Rich In Fibre, Rich In Taste And High In Nutritional Value. Compared To Other Grains, Rye Has Low Gluten Content, Making The Texture Denser, Yet Delicate. We Cut Our Australian-Milled Rye Flour With Wheat Flour For Ease Of Working, Producing A Lighter, Flavoursome Loaf. Rye Bread Is A Favourite In Northern Europe. It Enjoys This Esteem, In Part, Because It Preserves Well. We Add Liquid, Natural Sourdough With An Extremely Low Percentage Of Fresh Yeast.
