We have another version of the tuna pâté. For this version, we take the usual condiment of our pâtés (olive oil, tomato, vinegar and pepper) and add piri-piri to the mix. The spicy aroma is smooth and well-balanced with the remaining ingredients. Put this product to the pressure test: hurry on home and whip up an appetizer. Some days one minute is enough to prepare an hour of pleasure!

Our tuna is fished from the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, without ever losing its properties and initial freshness. Our delicious pâté can be savored au naturel or in combination with other foods in a variety of different dishes. Some days your appetite meets your gastronomical curiosity!

Wild Sockeye Salmon first cold smoked over a blend of French and American oak then cooked in the hot smoker. Expect a firm, drier texture, natural to this wild fish. Sustainably sourced. Flake through a cream sauce at the last minute and serve with pasta, or mash up and mix with your favourite herbs, salads and mayo for amazing baguettes.

One fillet per vacuum pack, approximately, 150g. Ready for you to cook at home. We bring the fish market to you! Wild sockeye salmon is one of the most sought-after of the salmon species. Sockeye salmon meat is firm and fatty, making it rich in omega-3 fatty acids. This gives the meat a rich flavour that rivals the flavour of king (Chinook) salmon. Sockeye has the reddest flesh of the wild salmon species. Their raw meat is a bright-red or orange-red colour, which remains red after cooked. Sockeye is low in sodium and a good source of Omega-3 fatty acids, protein, niacin, vitamin B12, and selenium.

Lightly smoked for 24 hours over a special oak blend, this salmon is rich and sweet in flavour. Sourced from an MSC certified sustainable fishery. It is wild caught and natural in colour.
